Terms and Conditions

All prices are net prices, VAT will be added.
We charge shipping and packaging.
A tolerance of +/- 10% in quantity and tolerance in colors is agreed.
Our bills are payable after receiving without any further deducts. We keep the right to request prepaiment, especially with new customers.
All goods remain properity of B&W till full payment.
Court of jurisdiction: 9020 Klagenfurt.
Delayed Payment:
Every reminder will be charged
3,70 Euro.
The customer agrees to cover all costs for debt collection and jurisdiction.
In case of missing data for printing longer than 30 days, we are allowed to retrait from our duty and may charge 30% from contract value as cancellation fee.
Period for claims: 7 days after receiving
Shipping charges for samples may occur.
No return for customized items. All goods shipped form Maria Saal, unless otherwise agreed.
